Olympia the Games Fairy needs Rachel and Kirsty's help to make sure that all sporting competitions run smoothly - but Jack Frost is out to ruin all the events! Kirsty and Rachel are on an exciting day out to watch a triathlon - a three-part race where the athletes have to swim, cycle and run.
