Forty years ago, campus guru Spencer Mallon invited his most fervent followers to attend a secret ritual in a local meadow. All that remained was gruesomely dismembered body - and the shattered souls of all who were present. Now, one man is trying to understand what happened to his wife and friends all those years by writing a book about this horrible night.
